Question 1

Can holistic healing really work online?

Accepted Answer

Many people find virtual sessions calm and supportive, especially when the practitioner gives clear guidance. Breathwork, Reiki, and coaching can all be offered online. The experience may feel different from an in-person session, so choose the format that feels right for you.

Question 2

What should I ask before booking a virtual practitioner?

Accepted Answer

Ask about training, experience, session format, preparation, and whether the service is suitable for beginners. If you have health concerns, ask whether the practice has any safety limits.

Question 3

Do I need to live in Vancouver to book a virtual session?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Many virtual practitioners can support clients outside Vancouver, depending on their booking policies. Check the service details before booking.

Question 4

How do I know which practice to choose?

Accepted Answer

Start with your main need. Breathwork may help if you want body-based grounding. Reiki may suit you if you want gentle energy support. Coaching may help if you want reflection, guidance, and personal growth.

Question 5

What if I feel nervous before my first session?

Accepted Answer

Feeling nervous is common. Choose a practitioner who explains the process clearly and lets you move at your own pace. You can also mention that it is your first session when you book.
